Why these 24 criteria?

Structure before style

A piece with brilliant prose but a broken argument fails. We check structure first — because a clear structure is what makes the writing visible. If the skeleton is wrong, the body cannot compensate.

Argument over coverage

The question is not "did we cover this topic?" but "did we say something specific about it?" Coverage without argument produces content that fills space without occupying memory.

Brand over template

The most common quality failure in AI-assisted content is that it sounds like the average of the internet. Brand alignment means it sounds like you — specifically, recognisably, unmistakably.

The human final read

No checklist replaces a human reading a piece the way a reader will. The checklist gets you to the threshold. The final read confirms you have crossed it.
